Afghanistan, we hardly knew you. Having passed Kabul, we find ourselves in Gardi Ghos, Afghanistan, east of Jalalabad. Less than week from the border with Pakistan.

For the last two weeks we’ve only been 30 miles short of meeting our target, not too shabby. However, we remain the width of Pakistan and India from where we need to be.
