It’s official, Cornwall is now in the rear view mirror, with Carlin passing into Devon! The heat is oppressive over here in Florida, so we’ve largely moved to cycling.

Chris, following his marathon, had his quietist week yet. Blaming it on his toenail injuries. Perhaps a “worst injuries” section is warranted, following in the footsteps the incredibly popular feature on the Sad Ham’s website.
